They are seeking a passionate Senior Software Engineer I to design and deliver robust generative AI solutions and reusable platform components.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain generative AI services and reusable components using Python and JavaBuild scalable backend systems and APIs aligned with modern architectural standardsEstablish and promote engineering best practices in scalability, observability, testing, and CI/CDCollaborate with product, platform, and research teams to translate AI prototypes into production-ready solutionsDeploy and manage applications in Kubernetes (EKS) environmentsSolve complex technical challenges in distributed and cloud-native systemsMentor junior engineers on GenAI patterns, platform engineering, and coding standardsParticipate in code reviews and architecture discussions to ensure quality and scalabilityStay current with the latest developments in generative AI and drive responsible adoptionRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in software engineeringStrong expertise in Python and JavaSolid understanding of software development lifecycle and data modelingExperience with modern AI/LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and cloud-native architecturesProven track record building scalable backend systems and APIsExperience mentoring engineers and contributing to architectural decisionsStrong collaboration skills in Agile/Kanban environmentsNice to HaveExperience operationalizing LLMs or building AI platformsFamiliarity with observability tools (metrics, logging, alerts)Exposure to knowledge graphs or semantic search systems
