Senior Software Engineer – AI Systems | AI-Native Startup | £100k + Equity | Remote UAEI'm working with a VC-backed AI-native startup building production software for legal and professional services teams.They are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who has evolved their engineering workflow around AI tools, someone who uses tools like Claude Code, Codex or Cursor every day to improve planning, problem-solving, implementation speed and delivery quality.This is not an AI research role and it is not a role for someone who has only experimented with LLMs. They are looking for a strong software engineer first: someone who can design, build, debug and operate production systems end-to-end while using AI as a genuine force multiplier.The team is small, highly technical and operates like a true early-stage startup.
