We're partnering with a leading global trading firm to hire a Senior Software Engineer to help build a next-generation Execution & Order Management System (EMS/OMS) from the ground up.Working in a small, high-performing team, you'll develop low-latency trading systems, build exchange connectivity, and collaborate directly with traders to deliver business-critical technology.What we're looking forExperience building Execution Management Systems (EMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), or other electronic trading platforms.Strong backend or distributed systems engineering experience.Commercial experience with Python, C++ or Rust.Solid understanding of concurrency, networking and performance optimisation.Experience working on low-latency or high-performance systems.Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Tech StackPythonC++ / RustKubernetesClickHousePostgreSQLKafka-style event-driven architecture
