By synthesizing complex clinical, financial, and administrative data, our platform coordinates complex multi-stakeholder workflows to drive better outcomes at scale.Backed by top-tier healthcare and technology investors, our core product is live in the market and rapidly expanding.The RoleAs an early engineering hire, you will collaborate directly with technical leadership to design and scale our foundational platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve domain-specific data challenges, build automated workflow engines, and deliver high-impact user-facing features.What You’ll Do:First 3 Months: Ship production code early, get up to speed on core data architectures, and build fast-iterating features alongside strategic initiatives.First 6 Months: Shape the long-term vision of our application stack, partner on key architectural decisions, and help define the team’s engineering culture.What We’re Looking ForProduct & Execution Mindset: You move quickly, balance technical trade-offs pragmatically, and leverage modern engineering tools (including AI) to amplify your impact.Full-Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern Web/API frameworks (e.g., Python, TypeScript, or transferable production experience).Infrastructure & Integration: Comfort deploying and running applications in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) and integrating with complex third-party APIs.Early-Stage Navigators: Prior experience in high-growth, early-stage environments where ambiguity is common.
