They've grown revenue ~30x over the last 9 months, recently raised a $9M Seed, and are expected to close a Series A in the coming monthsWhat you'll do:Build scalable backend services and distributed systemsDevelop workflow orchestration and automation platformsDesign integrations with ERP, payroll, banking, and finance systemsHelp shape the architecture of a rapidly growing product suiteWhat we're looking for:Strong backend engineering experience (Python, Java, Go, etc.)Experience with distributed systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure, or data platformsStartup mindset with a bias for ownership and executionFintech, accounting, ERP, or workflow automation experience is a plusDetails:New York City (5 days onsite)$170k-$250k+ base + equityVisa sponsorship availableSeries A trajectory company with strong growth and enterprise traction
