Senior Software Engineer

A leading enterprise is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to play a key role in the design, development, and support of secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise applications. This position offers the opportunity to work across the full software development lifecycle while partnering with business stakeholders to deliver innovative technology solutions that support critical business initiatives.This is a hybrid position based in New York City, requiring 3 days per week onsite.Role OverviewThis is a senior-level full stack development position responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining enterprise applications across the front end, back end, database, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern Microsoft technologies, web application development, and cloud-based solutions, with the ability to deliver scalable and reliable software that enhances business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and develop technical solutions that align with organizational goals.Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, React, Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces utilizing modern UI frameworks including Material UI and Bootstrap.Develop and maintain scalable back-end services, RESTful APIs, and web services while integrating with SQL Server databases.Write and optimize T-SQL, stored procedures, indexes, and database queries to maximize application performance.Support application integrations, data pipelines, and core data management processes across multiple systems.Develop and maintain cloud-based solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD best practices.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application, database, and integration issues while ensuring security, reliability, and performance.Create and maintain technical documentation while providing ongoing application support and knowledge sharing.Stay current with emerging technologies, development methodologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve software quality.Required Qualifications10+ years of professional full stack software development experience.Strong experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and modern front-end frameworks including Blazor, React, and Angular.Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript for responsive web application development.Advanced experience with SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing, query optimization, and database performance tuning.Experience developing REST APIs, web services, and enterprise application integrations.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with version control tools such as Git, GitHub, TFS, or SVN.Ability to build and support databases, API endpoints, and data pipelines.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience with AI/ML integrations and workflow automation.Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or Node.js.Familiarity with Dagster or DBT.Experience within a professional services or enterprise-scale environment.Exposure to additional programming languages such as Java, ColdFusion, PHP, Perl, or VBA.Core TechnologiesBackend: C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, Web ServicesFrontend: Blazor, React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Material UI, BootstrapDatabase: SQL Server, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Query Optimization, Indexing, Data PipelinesCloud & DevOps: Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CDSource Control: Git, GitHub, TFS, SVNAdditional Technologies: PowerShell, Python, Node.js, Dagster, DBT, AI/ML Integration, Workflow AutomationIf you're an experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in the Microsoft technology stack and are interested in learning more about this opportunity, I'd love to connect.
