About RadianceRadiance is building a first-of-its-kind platform for health plans to productively manage their value-based care programs, including the administration of attribution, performance measurement, and payments. Radiance is co-incubated by Juxtapose and Deerfield.About the RolesWe are hiring senior engineers across a variety of domains, from Data to AI to Infrastructure to Production systems, to help build Radiance from the ground up. You will own problems end-to-end, from schema design through the attribution engine to the interfaces that health plan analysts and provider network teams use every day. The team is small, so your technical decisions will directly shape the product, and you will hear from the people using what you build.By the end of your first year, you will have shipped core pieces of the attribution engine, taken ownership of at least one major product surface, and helped establish the engineering practices this team carries forward. What You'll OwnDesign and ship production features across the stack, including data ingestion services, the attribution engine, agentic workflows, and the user-facing surfaces where plan and provider teams do their workDevelop integrations with payer data environments, including eligibility, claims, and provider roster feeds that tend to be inconsistent and poorly documentedSpend time with health plan analysts and provider network teams to understand their workflows at ground level and carry that understanding into product decisionsMaintain a high standard for reliability, auditability, and operational health across the codebase, including the security posture that enterprise payer reviews demandPick up loosely defined problems and carry them through to resolution with limited directionWho You AreYou have built data-intensive systems for complex enterprise workflowsYou have cloud infrastructure experience, including deploying and operating services in production environments at scaleYou have a track record of taking ownership of difficult problems and seeing them throughYou are direct and collaborative in how you work, with a habit of raising problems early and changing course when the evidence calls for itYou'll Stand Out If You HaveHealthcare data experience with a particular emphasis on health plans, large provider groups, and/or value-based programsWorking knowledge of HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance and what building responsibly in a healthcare context requiresExperience at an early-stage company where autonomy and loosely defined problems were normalRadiance is an equal opportunity employer.
