About the RoleI'm partnering with a boutique multi-strat trading firm that are building mission-critical infrastructure from the ground up to underpin all of it's trading activity.This is a rare opportunity to design and build greenfield infrastructure with zero legacy constraints, in an ultra-low-latency, high-performance environment demanding zero downtime. You'll be working at the heart of a systematic trading business, shaping the technology that drives real trading decisions across global markets.ResponsibilitiesDesign and build infrastructure focused on low latency, high performance, scalability, and reliabilityIntegrate and maintain market access connectivity to global exchanges and liquidity venuesDevelop and maintain Order Management Systems (OMS)Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers, systematic portfolio managers, traders, and fellow technologistsHelp ensure high availability of trading systems, including participation in on-call support where neededWhat We're Looking ForA Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldStrong, demonstrable C++ skills7+ years of experience in a production environmentA solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, and software designExperience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelinesConfident communicator, able to work directly with stakeholders across the businessDesirableExperience within financial markets
