We're B Corp certified and believe profit and purpose go hand in hand.Our Engineering Ways Of WorkingEngineering is organised into four tribes, each owning a distinct product domain, made up of small autonomous squads (Engineering Manager, Product Manager, 3–5 engineers). We operate a build-and-run model — teams own the full lifecycle from architecture through to incident management. Stack: AWS serverless (Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, API Gateway, S3, ECS/Fargate), TypeScript/Node.js, MongoDB, some C#. Terraform + Serverless Framework for infra, GitHub Actions for CI/CD.The RoleYou'll design, build and operate reliable, scalable, testable software TypeScript and Node.js supporting resilient financial workflow systems and regulated investment operations.
