This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that support medical practice compliance and financial lifecycle workflows. Day-to-day activities include implementing back-end services and APIs, writing clean and scalable code, performing code reviews, debugging and optimizing existing systems, and collaborating with product and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical designs. The Senior Software Engineer will also contribute to architectural decisions, ensure software quality through testing and documentation, and mentor other engineers to promote best practices in development and deployment.Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software architecture principles.Experience in Software Development and Programming using modern languages and frameworks relevant to back-end systems.Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, integration with third-party services, and performance optimization.Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their application in designing maintainable, modular systems.Relevant experience as a senior or lead engineer, preferably in healthcare, financial, or compliance-focused environments.Familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and secure coding practices.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively on-site, and clear, professional communication abilities.
