They need someone who can move from a rough frontend through to the API, validate assumptions, troubleshoot problems across the stack and explain why they made a particular technical decision.AI tools will absolutely be part of how the team works. The important bit is knowing what good engineering looks like, so you can tell when the output is useful and when it is confidently wrong. You don’t need years of production AI experience.You’ll need to be based in Ireland. Dublin-based engineers will generally attend weekly, while there is more flexibility for people living elsewhere in Ireland.
