You'll work closely with fellow developers and business users, turning real-world problems into elegant technical solutions — and your work will have a direct, visible impact on how the organization operates.What You'll DoBuild & innovate — Develop and enhance business applications using C#, .NET, and modern web frameworksDesign thoughtfully — Create use cases, sequence diagrams, and other artifacts to guide solid requirementsSolve real problems — Troubleshoot complex issues and provide hands-on support for key business systemsCollaborate widely — Partner with vendors, internal teams, and fellow developers on systems analysis and designKnow the business — Get close to the end users you're building for, so the software actually fits how they workWhat You Bring5–8 years of software development experience (or a Bachelor's degree plus equivalent experience)Strong hands-on skills in .NET 3.5+, C#, ASP.NET/Core, Angular, MongoDB, T-SQL, EF, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and Git-based Agile workflowsA sharp problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot under pressureGreat communication skills — equally comfortable with engineers and non-technical stakeholdersNice to HaveExperience with ES6, RxJS, NgRx, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Docker/Kubernetes, Azure (ASB, APIM, AAC), KendoUI, SignalR, Service Fabric, or Figma.
