The ideal candidate will build and optimize high-quality mobile and web applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions.Key Responsibilities·      Convert product requirements and API structures into functional application features.·      Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.·      Develop web applications using React.js or Vue.js.·      Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, payment gateways, and third-party services.·      Implement state management using Redux, Context API, Vuex, or Pinia.·      Write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code.·      Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and compatibility problems.·      Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, scalability, and stability.·      Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.·      Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile development processes.·      Stay updated with modern frontend and React Native technologies.·      Contribute to project delivery and mentor junior developers when required.Required Qualifications·      4+ years of industry experience with BE/BTech/MCA qualification and strong expertise in React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript.·      Strong knowledge of React.js/Vue.js, React Hooks, React Navigation, state management, REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.·      Experience in testing, debugging, performance optimization, Git, and mobile UI/UX best practices.·      Good to have exposure to Expo/React Native CLI, WebSockets, push notifications, cloud platforms, Agile methodologies, backend technologies (Node.js/Python/Go), and team leadership/mentoring. Benefits• Competitive Salary Package• Career Growth Opportunities• Professional Work Environment• Learning & Development Programs• Performance-Based Incentives
