They build high scale, ultra low latency infrastructure to support global brands.They're now hiring a Senior Backend Developer to join a brand new engineering team, to lead the architectural shift from an expensive Docker on Kubernetes setups toward a serverless, event driven model.This is a high impact role for someone who wants real architectural input, not just delivery. You'll design, build and maintain low latency, high throughput backend services in GO/Golang and work with an existing Rust codebase.You'll report directly to the CTO and have the space to offer key architectural insight on serverless migration, integrate cutting edge AI models into the product suite, and AI in the developer workflow.It's best suited to someone who thrives working independently and as part of a small team.Ideal experience:Production experience building with GO/Golang and/or RustExperience designing high throughput data and metrics pipelines and integrating AI models or API endpointsStrong knowledge of serverless technologies, with hands on experience migrating workloads from containerised to serverless environmentsExperience owning both backend product engineering and some platform tasksBonusExperience working with Docker and Kubernetes architectureSelf motivated, with strong architectural judgement and clear technical communicationSenior Backend Developer (Golang/GO) | Serverless Migration
