Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack)Toronto, Canada | Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 remote | CAD $120,000–$160,000Our client is an established technology company specialising in Industrial IoT, connected devices and cloud technology, developing solutions that connect physical assets with enterprise systems. As a Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack), you will join a small, highly collaborative engineering team building a next-generation cloud platform used to manage connected device fleets. The Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack) will have significant ownership across development and architecture, working primarily with C#, .NET, React and Azure. This is a hands-on opportunity for a senior engineer who enjoys autonomy, complex technical challenges and seeing their work have a direct impact.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and enhance scalable customer-facing web applications and dashboards.Develop interfaces for device fleets, telemetry, alerts and monitoring.Integrate React applications with .NET, GraphQL and REST APIs.Work closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams.Improve application performance, reliability, testing and observability.Required Experience & Skills6+ years commercial software engineering experience; 8+ preferred.Strong hands-on C# / .NET / ASP.NET Core experience.Strong React and TypeScript experience.Experience with Azure and scalable cloud applications.Experience with REST APIs and/or GraphQL, SQL and Entity Framework Core.Docker, CI/CD and automated testing experience.Strong architectural thinking and ability to work autonomously.DesirableIoT/Industrial IoT, device management, telecommunications or LoRaWAN experienceExperience with AI-assisted development tools such as ClaudeWhy Apply?Hands-on role within a small senior engineering team with high ownership.Modern C#/.NET, React, TypeScript and Azure technology stack.Work on real-world Industrial IoT and connected-device technology.Opportunity to influence architecture and a next-generation cloud platform.Recruiter's NoteIdeal candidates are likely to be Senior Software Engineers, Senior .NET Developers or Senior Full-Stack Engineers with strong C#/.NET and Azure backgrounds.
