These are broad, hands-on IC roles - everyone builds and ships. The team is 12 people, the problems are genuinely hard, and the equity is real.What You Could Work OnProduct - user-facing experiences across web and mobile; interactions for delegating work to agents, following progress, and handling uncertainty; features owned end-to-endPlatform - backend APIs, identity, workspaces, billing, payments, analytics; connector, authentication, webhook, and automation infrastructure for third-party integrationsAI Infrastructure - agent harness, orchestration, tool execution, state, evaluation, and failure recovery; context management, memory, storage, and sandboxed execution; model routing and serving, Kubernetes, networking, queues, and cloud infrastructureRequirements2-15 years shipping production TypeScript full-stack, with backend and infra ownershipTypeScript in production across a Node backend and React frontendHands-on with GCP and Docker - owns their own deploys, debugs at the container/Linux levelStrong CS fundamentals - reasons from first principles, forms clear mental modelsEager to be an IC and write code every day - and has done so recentlyUses AI deeply in their own work - follows the field closely and has formed their own viewsMust be willing to work onsite in SF 5 days/weekTech StackTypeScript, React, Node.js, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Distributed Systems, AI Agents, Cloud Infrastructure$42M+ raised, 1000%+ YTD growth, 12 people.
