Senior Software Engineer – AI Infrastructure📍 King’s Cross, London | Hybrid – 3 days per week💰 £90,000–£120,000 base, with flexibility for exceptional profiles📈 Equity🏢 PermanentWe’re working with a well-funded technology startup operating at the intersection of software engineering and AI infrastructure.The business is developing technology around GPU orchestration, helping improve how the compute behind AI and large language models is managed and utilised. With an established presence in the US, they’re now looking to build out their engineering capability in London.They’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who is genuinely comfortable across both backend and frontend development, with an interest in the infrastructure powering modern AI systems.What they’re looking forStrong full stack software engineering experience across backend and frontendSolid software engineering fundamentalsExposure to, or understanding of, AI and machine learning environmentsLLM / LLM Ops experience would be particularly valuableGPU orchestration experience is advantageous, but not essentialGenuine interest in AI infrastructure and the technology behind modern modelsComfortable working in a fast-moving startup environmentCollaborative, communicative approach to engineeringSomeone keen to contribute to building a team and engineering culture in LondonThe opportunityYou’ll be joining at an important stage of growth and working closely with the Head of Engineering as the London engineering function is built out.This is a hybrid role based in King’s Cross, with an expectation of approximately three days per week onsite.Interested?
