• Design, build and maintain high-performance backend services that power our automation products and GANN
• Build AI agents and multi-agent workflows that connect to tools, APIs and enterprise systems via MCP, RAG and tool calling
• Ship fast with AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor, without compromising on clean, efficient code
• Architect for scalability, reliability and security, review peer code and shape engineering best practices
• Partner with product managers, architects and global stakeholders to turn business requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot production issues and keep improving existing systems✅ What we're looking for
• [5+] years building complex, production-grade applications
• Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, OOP and design patterns
• Backend expertise in APIs, microservices and integrations with cloud or on-premise systems
• Proficiency in Java, C#, Python or Node.js, plus relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with distributed systems, scalability, performance optimization and secure software design
• Daily use of AI coding tools, with the judgment to review, test and debug what AI writes
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong problem-solving, an ownership mindset and excellent written and spoken English⭐ Strong plus
• Building AI agents with LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK or similar
• Multi-agent orchestration, MCP servers, LLM evals or guardrails
