The team is driven by a mission to make advanced visualization technology accessible and practical for everyday retail use.Role Description The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining core backend systems that power REPLACI’s visualization platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and scalable code, implementing robust APIs, optimizing performance, and collaborating with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The role involves reviewing code, mentoring engineers, contributing to architectural decisions, and ensuring high reliability and security of the platform. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional team members to deliver features on schedule and continuously improve the product.Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in modern languages commonly used for backend services.Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including building and maintaining APIs and working with databases.Sound knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their application in production systems.Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-availability architectures in a cloud or distributed environment.Ability to debug complex issues, optimize performance, and write maintainable, well-tested code.Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment and mentoring junior engineers.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience with visualization, imaging, or retail tech platforms is a plus.
