The company’s expertise in product design, AI-enabled solutions, and scalable infrastructure helps clients innovate, optimize operations, and create smarter digital experiences from idea to deployment.Role Description The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end and full-stack solutions that power AI-driven applications and cloud-native products for CloudGeniee’s clients. This full-time remote role involves architecting software systems, writing clean and efficient code, reviewing code from other engineers, and ensuring high performance, reliability, and security of distributed applications. The engineer will collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, integrate third-party services and APIs, and support continuous delivery practices. Responsibilities also include mentoring junior engineers, contributing to technical standards and best practices, and participating in technical planning, estimation, and troubleshooting.Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts such as data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building production-grade systems.Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful services and microservices.Solid understanding and application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.Experience with at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Go, or Node.js).Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native design patterns.Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, and knowledge of performance optimization.Background in designing scalable, secure, and resilient distributed systems.Comfort with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.Experience with AI integration, ML workflows, or data-intensive applications is beneficial.
