The role leads architecture and design reviews, owns bot interfaces and integrations, and drives automation, quality engineering, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.Key Responsibilities• Translate business requirements into technical solution designs alongside the enterprise architecture team.• Lead and coordinate architecture and design reviews across delivery teams.• Own bot interfaces and integrations — connecting MCP-based bots to back-end APIs, the website, mobile app, messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp), and CRM (e.g. Salesforce).• Coordinate with architects and the wider developer community across the IT organization.• Drive automation, root-cause analysis, quality engineering, and continuous improvement.• Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, service management, and operations teams.• Define and monitor engineering KPIs — agility, scalability, reliability, and data quality.Required Technical Skills• Working knowledge of conversational bots / BoT platforms, the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and API-based integration.• Hands-on experience implementing a bot using MCP (required).• Strong API design and integration skills across web, mobile, messaging, and enterprise / CRM systems.• Solution and integration design, with the ability to lead architecture and design reviews.• Automation, root-cause analysis, and quality-engineering practices.• Familiarity with non-functional engineering concerns — scalability, reliability, security, and data quality.Candidate Profile• 5–8 years in software engineering, with senior-level ownership of design and integration.• Demonstrable MCP-based bot implementation experience.• Comfortable leading reviews and coordinating across architecture, infrastructure, security, and operations.• KPI-driven, with a continuous-improvement and quality mindset.
