We're an early-stage team moving fast, and we build with AI coding agents at the centre of our workflow. We need someone who can keep that pace without letting quality slip.The RoleWe're looking for a senior engineer to build new features across our mobile apps, TV apps, and websites — and to keep the bar high while doing it. This is a builder's role first: you'll be shipping a lot of greenfield product across all three platforms. Alongside that, you'll be the technical quality bar for the team, spending meaningful time reviewing code — including output produced by AI coding agents — to ensure everything ships clean, well-structured, and as maintainable as anything written by hand. You'll also own deployments across every platform and be accountable for code quality and uptime.This is a hands-on, high-trust role working directly with the CTO.
