Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack / AI)

About the roleWe're a software development company delivering AI solutions, custom web and mobile products, legacy modernization, MVPs, CMS platforms, and UI/UX design for US-based clients. Our AI practice spans AI agent development, ML & data science, and workflow automation.We're hiring a mid-senior AI / Full-Stack Engineer who can own technical delivery on AI-powered products and is confident enough on communication to join client calls alongside our BD team. Your core strength is building — but you can also explain what you build to a US client in plain English.Note: this role primarily serves US clients, so partial US-timezone overlap and confidence on live client calls are important.What you'll doDesign and ship full-stack, AI-powered web products — from interface to infrastructureBuild AI agents, RAG pipelines, and LLM features tailored to client data and domainsContribute to workflow automation that removes manual bottlenecks and connects client systemsBuild API-first layers over legacy systems to modernize them without full rewritesDeliver focused MVPs and POCs that prove value quicklySupport the BD team on client calls — scoping requirements, answering feasibility questions, and explaining our technical approachMust-have technical skills (primary focus)4+ years of hands-on full-stack development experienceFrontend: React and Next.js with TypeScript; strong component-driven UI (Tailwind/CSS)Backend: Node.js and/or Python (FastAPI, NestJS, or Express); solid REST and GraphQL API designAI/LLM: hands-on experience building with LLMs — OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector)AI agents: experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI, including tool/function calling and orchestrationDatabases: PostgreSQL and MongoDBCloud: working knowledge of AWS, Docker, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions)Strong Git, testing, and clean-code practicesNice to have / exposure to (a plus, not required)ML & data science: Python data stack (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn), model training/evaluation, PyTorch or TensorFlowWorkflow automation tooling: n8n, Zapier/Make, Temporal, or event-driven pipelinesMobile: React Native or FlutterHeadless CMS: Sanity, Contentful, Strapi, or PayloadDevOps depth: Terraform, KubernetesPrior experience at a software agency serving US/international clientsSoft skills requiredExcellent spoken and written English — you'll be on live calls with US clients, so this is essentialAbility to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholdersConfident and professional in client-facing conversationsStrong problem-solving, ownership, and cross-team collaboration
