Backend to design, develop, and maintain scalable, resilient, and high-performance backend applications.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and distributed systems.The role also involves production ownership, incident management, system reliability, performance optimization, and collaboration with architects and cross-functional engineering teams.Must-Have Skills8+ years of experience in Java Backend Development Strong expertise in Java (11/17+) Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot Experience with Spring Data JPA and Hibernate Strong understanding of Microservices architecture Experience developing secure and high-performance REST APIs Strong knowledge of System Design and distributed systems Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging platforms Strong hands-on experience with SQL Experience with PostgreSQL and/or other relational databases Good understanding of NoSQL databases Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP Hands-on experience with Docker Experience with Kubernetes / OpenShift Experience Develop efficient SQL queries and database interactions Work with technologies such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, etc. Optimize database and application performance Cloud & ContainerizationDeploy and manage applications across AWS, Azure, or GCP Containerize applications using Docker Deploy and operate applications using Kubernetes/OpenShift Work with Helm for
