It offers capabilities such as - opportunity management, appointment booking, call-center telephony, and care coordination after discharge. Our platform runs at real scale: engineered for 10M+ patient opportunities, hundreds of concurrent call-center agents, care coordinators, and real-time data pipelines connecting web apps, hospital operations, and live dashboards. We are trusted by tens of hospitals, handling lacs of patients through our system and growing rapidly. The next six months are our steepest climb yet with core features required by new customers that are being onboarded and deep integrations with our partners to deliver value to our customers.Role OverviewAs Senior Full Stack Engineer (Tech Lead), you'll be the technical anchor of a small, high-density team. You won't just write code — you'll set the architecture that two engineers hired alongside you build within, guard tenant isolation as a platform concern, and still ship production code most of the week at a bar that teaches by example. Your decisions in the first quarter compound for years. What You'll doOwn the architecture of a strict-TypeScript platform built on hexagonal/clean architecture (~45 domain modules), and evolve it for HIS integrations and AI workloads.Design the guardrails that make multi-tenant PHI isolation hard to get wrong — tenant-scoped repositories, per-tenant credentials, cache-key discipline — and review every integration against them.Code 60–70% of your time: React + TypeScript front end, Express 5 APIs,MongoDB/PostgreSQL data layer, Socket.IO real-time, BullMQ/RabbitMQ workers.Own the hard distributed-systems problems: our CDC pipeline (MongoDB changestreams → Redis Streams → PostgreSQL), idempotent workers, Socket.IO fan-outacross a PM2 cluster, scale to 10M+ records.Set the HIS integration architecture — idempotent ingestion, outbox/webhook choreography, reconciliation — before and while partner connectors are built.Mentor through code review, design review, and pairing — without becoming a bottleneck.Troubleshoot production issues to root cause and pay down the rough edges of a codebase that has grown fast. What We're Looking For6–8 years of engineering experience, with real depth in TypeScript/Node.js — you've owned production backends through scale and incidents, not just contributed to them.Strong React + TypeScript; comfortable with real-time, event-driven UIs.Deep MongoDB (or equivalent): schema design, indexing, aggregation, change streams, behavior at millions of documents.Distributed-systems fluency: queues, workers, idempotency, delivery guarantees, cache coherence — you can design a pipeline like our CDC and explain where it breaks.A track record as the person others route architecture questions to — while still shipping.Highly curious, highly intelligent, high agency — you reason from first principles, chase down how things really work, and drive decisions to done with incomplete information. This is the actual bar; the rest is trainable.Nice To HaveHealthcare / PHI or regulated-data experience; HIS / HL7 / FHIR exposure.Telephony or CCaaS integrations (Twilio, Ameyo, or similar).LLM-powered features shipped to production.Multi-tenant SaaS architecture at scale. How We'll EvaluateReal problems from our world: keeping MongoDB and Postgres consistent through a streaming pipeline when a worker crashes mid-batch; designing HIS ingestion so a partner's bad data can never cross tenants; arguing for — and against — our own two-database architecture. How you think matters more than what you've memorized. What's In It For YouBe the architecture anchor of a healthcare platform that affects real patient access to care — with the authority to match the accountability.Genuinely hard systems problems: real-time, multi-tenant, high-scale, now + AI.Shape the engineering culture and the team being built around you.High talent density — we hire deliberately, and a "maybe" is a "no."We offer compensation and benefits at par with the finest fast growing startups operating in IndiaSkills : Typescript, node.js, react, mongodb, distributed systems, redis, system design, multi-tenant saas, healthtech
