Senior Software Engineer, Mobile Apps (Flutter)

You will drive best practices across the software development lifecycle, mentor junior engineers, and take ownership of building scalable and performant mobile applications.You'll work in a collaborative, thought-provoking and positive environment — one that values diversity of thought and creative solutions that are in the best interest of our global customers.While deep hands-on experience with Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin is expected, we care most about hiring people who can master new technologies quickly and bring sound engineering judgment to the table.ResponsibilitiesArchitect and build elegant, high-performance mobile applications using modern technologiesDrive simple, scalable architecture and champion the use of reusable components across projectsLead the design, development, and maintenance of new and existing UI componentsCollaborate with Software Engineers to design and develop front-end and back-end architecture that is well-structured, flexible, and scalablePartner closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to support the entire application lifecycleProactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and complex bugsChampion testing best practices — write and maintain robust UI and Unit Tests to catch errors earlyMentor junior and mid-level engineers, conduct code reviews, and help raise the technical bar across the teamContribute to technical decision-making, including tooling, architecture, and process improvementsIdeal Candidate5+ years of Mobile development experience using Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter, with a track record of shipping production apps at scaleStrong foundation in computer science with deep competencies in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Software DesignDemonstrated expertise in mobile application architecture, with a strong portfolio of published apps on the App Store or Play StoreExperience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives within a teamExcellent problem-solving skills with an analytical, detail-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently, take ownership of features end-to-end, and collaborate effectively across teamsAbout UsTechtinium is a product engineering company helping customers across the globe build technology products that serve millions of users.
