The role owns technical solutions end to end — from requirement analysis and design through development, tuning, and implementation.Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable technical solutions on Oracle EBS R12.2
- Develop RICE components, customizations, and extensions across Finance (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM) and SCM (PO, iProcurement) modules
- Build and maintain Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and BI Publisher (XML Publisher) outputs
- Develop integrations using Web Services (SOAP/REST) and Oracle Workflow
- Perform performance tuning and Unix/Linux shell scripting for supporting processes
- Partner with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate needs into sustainable solutions
- Independently drive development activities through to successful implementationRequired Technical Skills
- Strong Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle SQL development
- Oracle EBS R12.2 technical development — RICE components, customizations, and extensions
- Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher (XML Publisher), and Oracle Workflow
- Oracle Financials Technical (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM) and Procurement (PO, iProcurement)
- Web Services (SOAP/REST) and Unix/Linux shell scripting
- Performance tuning grounded in solid Oracle database conceptsCandidate Profile
- 5–8 years of hands-on Oracle EBS technical development experience
- Strong analytical and logical thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Communicates clearly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Able to own delivery independently from analysis to implementation
