Our goal is to build scalable digital systems that help organizations improve efficiency, optimize processes, and make data-driven strategic decisions.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Team Lead to join our growing technology team.In this role, you will lead a team of developers and play a key role in the development of a complex AI-driven software platform that integrates multiple modules for business process management, data analytics, and automation.You will be responsible for coordinating the development process, ensuring high engineering standards, and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The role combines technical leadership and hands-on development, requiring strong engineering expertise as well as the ability to guide and mentor developers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate a team of software developers working on a complex AI-driven platform.Translate business requirements and architectural concepts into clear technical tasks.Ensure high code quality through code reviews, development standards, and best practices.Collaborate closely with the software architect and product stakeholders.Guide the team in solving technical challenges and making sound engineering decisions.Support the planning and execution of development sprints.Participate in designing scalable and maintainable backend systems.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in software development.Experience leading or mentoring software development teams.Strong backend development experience with Python.Experience building and integrating REST APIs and web applications.Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and modern software design patterns.Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Nice to HaveExperience with an additional programming language is considered a strong advantage.Experience with AI/ML systems.Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar).Experience with microservices architecture.Experience with automation or digital transformation platforms.Why Join UsOpportunity to work on a large-scale AI-driven software platform.A key leadership role in shaping the development process and architecture.Collaboration with experienced professionals in technology, consulting, and business strategy.A dynamic environment focused on innovation and long-term development.
