Their platform helps B2B sales organisations automate lead qualification, manage prospect data, identify buying signals, and improve pipeline generation and forecasting accuracy.Following continued growth and investment, they're looking to appoint a Senior Engineering Manager to help scale both their engineering function and platform as they enter the next phase of their journey.The OpportunityAs Senior Engineering Manager, you'll lead multiple engineering teams, driving delivery, improving engineering processes, and supporting the development of a high-performing engineering culture.This is a leadership-focused position where you'll work closely with Product, Design, and senior business stakeholders to ensure engineering efforts are aligned with strategic objectives.
