Our talent management program is tailor-made to help you develop and grow in your career in the way you envision it.Because we work with a wide range of customers, you are also expected to adapt easily to different environments.Key responsibilitiesYou will help us strengthen and scale the engineering platform behind our international CRM, while also owning shared product-facing parts of the application, such as login, the frontend shell, and reusable UI components. A major part of the role in the coming period will focus on platform ownership and the transition of backend foundations into the team.Your responsibilities will include:Building, maintaining, and improving the shared platform that underpins our international CRM.Owning and evolving the frontend shell, shared UI foundations, and authentication experience.Improving the developer experience for domain teams through better tooling, faster pipelines, stronger caching, and smoother delivery workflows.Working on CI/CD performance by identifying where time and cost are spent and making evidence-based improvements.Maintaining and optimizing build systems and monorepo tooling to keep a large workspace fast and reliable.Strengthening observability across the platform using logs, metrics, Sentry, and pipeline data to guide decisions.Helping to adopt, productionize, and operate backend platform foundations, including authentication, API gateway, and shared services.Working with infrastructure in AWS, including frontend hosting and serverless authentication services.Contributing across the stack, from UI and frontend platform code to Python Lambdas, infrastructure, and automation.Collaborating closely with domain teams to remove friction, create reusable solutions, and improve the reliability of the platform they build on.What you bring to the positionExperience with TypeScript and JavaScript.Solid knowledge of Python, particularly for backend or serverless services such as authentication and proxy Lambdas.Experience with CI/CD and pipeline performance, ideally with GitLab pipelines, and a strong understanding of build times, cost, and optimization opportunities.Experience with build and monorepo tooling, such as Nx or similar tools, including caching and maintaining a large workspace efficiently.Experience with AWS, especially services such as Route 53, CloudFront, S3, and CloudWatch for frontend/platform workloads, and Lambda, API Gateway, Secrets Manager, X-Ray, and CloudWatch for authentication and backend platform services.Experience with Infrastructure as Code, using both CDK and Terraform.Familiarity with testing practices and tooling, including Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright.Experience with observability tools, including Sentry, and using logs, metrics, and pipeline data to inform engineering decisions.Strong Git skills and familiarity with modern collaborative engineering practices.Nice to haveExperience with React, Tailwind, TanStack Query, and shared UI libraries.Knowledge of accessibility and WCAG standards.Experience writing and maintaining Storybook stories and interaction tests.Deeper AWS and serverless/platform expertise.What we offerCompetitive Salary & Benefits: Including a laptop, mobile phone, full travel allowance, and pension plan.Work-Life Balance: 25 vacation days, flexible working hours in ahybrid mode.Professional Growth: Weekly Dutch classes and a tailored talent management program with a financial budget to help you achieve your professional goalsDynamic Culture: Diverse team activities from tech meetups to sports and social events.Is there still room for fun?
