Senior Software Project Manager

Job Summary:*We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full SDLC from initiation to deployment and support Define project scope, timelines, budget, and resource plans Manage cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, UI/UX, DevOps) Drive Agile/Scrum practices - sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives Manage stakeholder communication, risks, issues and dependencies Ensure quality, documentation, and adherence to best practices Track KPIs, status reporting, and governanceRequirements*Requirements:* 6-8 years of experience managing software development projects Strong experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies Proven track record with web/mobile applications, APIs, cloud platforms Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project or similar tools Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (PMP/CSM is a plus) Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills*Preferred:* Experience in healthcare / enterprise systems Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, and QA processes
