Senior Solution Architect

Principle duties:Design end-to-end technology solutions that align business objectives with enterprise architecture standards.Lead architecture for AI, automation, document processing, workflow, and digital transformation initiatives.Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable, and cost-effective solutions.Evaluate emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Intelligent Document Processing, OCR/ICR, and cloud services.Provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, from idea through implementation and operational support.Communicate architectural decisions effectively to business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design and govern AI-enabled solutions, including Generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, and document processing platforms.Assess business opportunities for AI adoption and recommend practical, scalable implementation approaches.Define solution patterns for AI services, APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and cloud platforms.Work with data engineers, developers, business analysts, and operations teams to deliver AI solutions into production.Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, data governance, and regulatory requirements.Participate in AI proof-of-concepts and innovation programs to evaluate business value and technical feasibility.Support the adoption of Microsoft Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI-based solutions, and related technologies where appropriate.Requirement:*** Education:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.*** Technology skills and experience:Required:Strong understanding of application architecture, integration architecture, cloud platforms, security, networking, and enterprise systems.Experience designing enterprise-scale software solutions and integrations.Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.Experience designing API-first solutions and distributed applications.Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software development practices.Knowledge of database design, data modelling, and system integration patterns.Preferred:Experience with AI/ML platforms, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and intelligent automation.Experience with Microsoft Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, or equivalent technologies.Experience with OCR/ICR, document processing, and workflow automation solutions.Experience designing AI governance, risk management, and security controls.*** Experience:7+ years of professional IT experience.3+ years in Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, Lead Developer, or equivalent consulting roles.Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise applications from concept through production.Experience participating in AI, automation, digital transformation, or intelligent document processing projects is highly desirable.*** Soft skills:Business proficiency English: spoken and written.
