Senior Solution Manager (m/f/d)

They are currently seeking a Senior Product and Solution Sales Manager to support business expansion, solution development, and large-scale project delivery initiatives.Native or fluent Mandarin is a MUST for this role.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the sales team to identify, develop, and expand opportunities within government and enterprise customer segments.Analyze customer business requirements and design tailored technology solutions that address operational challenges and strategic objectives.Lead technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and customer workshops to build confidence and support solution adoption.Prepare solution proposals, commercial quotations, and technical documentation in support of customer engagements and bidding activities.Evaluate and coordinate with technology partners to ensure solutions are competitive, scalable, and aligned with customer needs.Support project delivery by providing technical expertise throughout proposal, negotiation, contract, and implementation phases while monitoring market trends and competitive developments.Qualifications And SkillsStrong experience designing and delivering complex technology solutions for large enterprise or government environments.Proven track record of supporting and securing large-scale commercial projects with significant budget values and multiple stakeholders.Excellent ability to understand customer requirements, identify business challenges, and translate them into effective solution strategies.Strong presentation, stakeholder management, proposal writing, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.Demonstrated market awareness with the ability to assess industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.Self-motivated professional with strong problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, adaptability, and the capacity to work effectively in fast-paced, multicultural environments.Senior Solution Manager in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
