Join us and let’s build the future.Job Summary:The primary focus of this position is to lead and execute technical support activities in the South East Asia (SEA) region, covering the full scope of Industrial Networking solutions offered by Belden. You will work closely with customers, partners, and internal peer departments in architecting solutions, presenting compelling recommendations, and addressing technical support requirements for our industry-leading solutions. This position reports directly to the Solution Support Manager based in Singapore.You will make an impact in the following way:Work closely with Solution Consultants and Account Managers to present and demonstrate Belden Industrial Networking solutions to end-users, partners, customers and other external stakeholders. Lead Proof of Concept demonstrations, plan and execute Factory Acceptance Tests, Network Audits and similar customer-facing activitiesMain point of contact for all post-sales technical support requests for the SEA region, providing expert technical assistance both remotely and on-siteCoordinate with regional support teams, R&D and other stakeholders to efficiently respond to support requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Plan and conduct technical training to customers and partners Design and support technology campaigns such as webinars, industry trade shows, technology sharing events, etc.Is open to travel across the SEA region as per business requirementsWhat you will bring:Education:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunication, Electronics), Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent Professional Qualification in the field of Computer Networking is highly desirable Background & Knowledge:Minimum 3 years of working experience in deploying, managing or maintaining Industrial or Enterprise Network infrastructureWell versed in wired and wireless IP networking technologies, with strong fundamentals in Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and cellular communication protocolsKnowledgeable with the full TCP/IP communication stack, and associated technologies and networking protocols. Knowledge and experience with Industrial protocols (MODBUS, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP etc.) is an added advantagePrior experience in Industrial market (PT&D, O&G, Mining, Transportation, Manufacturing etc.) is desirableCompetencies:Independent and self-sufficient, with a proven ability to take initiative, manage tasks without constant supervision, and make sound decisions autonomously.Excellent critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations, break down problems, and develop effective solutions quickly.Highly collaborative team player with a passion for continuous learning and growth.Let’s Write the Next 100 Years Together.
