With close to half a million users, it continues to be the fastest-growing digital bank in the region.Build & publish the dashboard and MI reports to the stakeholders on the key performance objectives in a timely, reliable and simple mannerSupport Business with strategic data analytics projects, deep dives, simulation, etc. to deliver Insights to business leadersDigitize & Automate the MI reports, data capture, workflows etc., through competent BI Solutions to have efficiency gainsManage computation of key performance indicators and process incentive pay out for business unitsProvide Data Solutions to ensure delivery of automation and digitization initiatives for business unitsDevelopment of effective solutions using BI tools like SAS, Python, VBA, Power BI, Tableau etc. based on IT guidelines, should understand git hub and deliver data ETL pipelinesChange management of existing tools based on IT guidelinesDocumenting and maintaining SOPs for the solutions developed by the teamHandover of tools to business units and training them for usage and further maintenanceWork in collaboration with Insights & Performance Management teams to ensure delivery of initiatives to stakeholdersRequirementsGraduate in Math, Science, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Business etc.Certification in SAS, Power BI, Business Analytics5+ years of experience as Data Engineer – Technical & Stakeholder Engagement and leading a team including at least 2 – 3 years in BFS.2+ years of hands-on experience building Data Pipelines in production and ability to work across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.Strong python data engineering experience (e.g. Pyspark, pandas, duckdb)Min. 4 years of experience on the Business Intelligence domainExposure to Banking domainGood knowledge in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and GitHub, Confluence, JIRAGood hands-on knowledge on tools like VBA, SAS, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, data ETL pipelinesEffective collaboration with the team and Stakeholder
