Senior Solutions Architect

Senior AI Architect Location: Beverly Hills, CA (Onsite 4 days/week)Type: Contract-to-Hire or Full-TimeWe are partnering with an established retail organization seeking a Senior AI Architect to help drive the next phase of enterprise AI adoption and innovation.This is a hands-on leadership role focused on designing and implementing AI-powered solutions, agentic workflows, and enterprise integrations. The position will serve as the primary technical partner to the Director of AI and help scale engineering capabilities across the organization. You will be coaching, leading and training the team.Key Requirements:AI Technical LeadHands-on experience with Anthropic Claude (required)Proven experience building and deploying enterprise AI/LLM solutionsAzure experience preferredStrong background in AI orchestration, agentic systems, RAG, and workflow automationPython, TypeScript, APIs, and cloud-native architecture experience (Azure preferred)Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams of approximately 3–10 engineersComfortable operating as a player-coach, balancing hands-on technical execution with team leadershipAbility to partner with business stakeholders to identify and deliver high-impact AI opportunitiesPrior experience in retail, fashion, apparel, consumer products, or similar industries strongly preferredThis is an excellent opportunity for a senior AI leader looking to join a growing organization with a significant investment in AI-driven transformation and a clear path toward broader technology leadership.Apply below, I will be in touch.
