Rafay’s solutions are designed for enterprises seeking robust, production-grade infrastructure management capabilities.Role Description The Solutions Architect role at Rafay (Asia) Pte. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. This role is responsible for designing end-to-end solutions leveraging Rafay’s Kubernetes operations platform and GaaS offerings, aligning technical architectures with customer business goals. The Solutions Architect collaborates with sales, product, and engineering teams to conduct discovery sessions, develop solution proposals, lead technical workshops, and support proof-of-concept implementations. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising customers on best practices, guiding integrations with existing systems, documenting solution designs, and providing technical leadership throughout the customer lifecycle. The role also involves continuous learning on Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, and AI/ML infrastructure to ensure solutions remain current and effective.Qualifications Solution Architecture skills to design scalable, secure, and reliable Kubernetes and cloud-native solutions.Consulting experience to translate customer requirements into actionable architectures and recommendations.Software Development skills to understand application patterns, deployment models, and DevOps practices.Integration skills to connect Rafay’s platform with enterprise systems, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments.Business Process understanding to align technical solutions with operational workflows and organizational objectives.Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly beneficial.Experience with AI/ML or GPU-based workloads and related infrastructure is an advantage.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and contribute to a respectful, inclusive workplace.
