Senior Sourcing Specialist - Real Estate

We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Specialist - Real Estate to identify and secure new property opportunities that support the company's expansion and business objectives. The role focuses on sourcing suitable locations, negotiating commercial terms, evaluating property opportunities, and building strong relationships with landlords, developers, and real estate brokers.

Responsibilities

Identify and source potential properties and locations that align with business expansion plansConduct market research to identify suitable locations and assess real estate opportunitiesBuild and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, developers, and real estate brokersEvaluate potential sites based on location, accessibility, market potential, and business requirementsConduct site visits and coordinate property assessments to ensure suitabilityAnalyze rental costs, market prices, and financial feasibility of potential locationsPrepare property proposals, market comparisons, and recommendations for management approvalCoordinate with internal teams, including Legal, Finance, Operations, and Projects, to facilitate property acquisition and leasingManage the sourcing pipeline and follow up on property opportunities from identification to lease executionMaintain accurate records of property listings, negotiations, contracts, and landlord informationMonitor real estate market trends and identify opportunities to optimize rental costs and secure favorable lease termsEnsure compliance with company policies, leasing procedures, and applicable real estate regulationsPrepare regular reports on sourcing activities, pipeline progress, and secured locationsRequirementsMinimum 4 years of experience in real estate sourcing, leasing, property acquisition, or commercial real estateProven track record of sourcing suitable locations and negotiating favorable lease agreementsStrong knowledge of real estate markets, rental rates, and commercial leasing practicesExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skillsAbility to identify and evaluate potential locations based on business and operational requirementsStrong analytical skills, including rental cost analysis and financial feasibility assessmentsExperience working with landlords, developers, brokers, and property consultantsStrong business development, market research, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneouslyGood command of Arabic and EnglishKnowledge of relevant real estate regulations, leasing procedures, and contractual requirements
