Senior Specialist, APD & Business Coordination (Packs APAC)

Role & Responsibilities: Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position) : APD & Distributor Management Support management of APAC distributors and key markets, with primary focus on Greater China, Korea and Japan.Coordinate distributor agreements, renewals and amendments.Partner with Legal, Finance and Commercial teams on contract execution and compliance matters.Track distributor performance and support business reviews.Coordinate market-specific issues and special projects with regional and global stakeholders.Business Operations & Team Coordination Support APAC Packs leadership team on key regional projects and follow-up activities.Coordinate cross-functional communication across Commercial, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning and Finance teams.Support leadership meetings, business reviews and annual planning processes.Manage operational tracking, project timelines and action logs.Act as central coordination point for regional management team initiatives.Executive SupportSupport APAC GM on selected operational, planning and organizational activities.Consolidate business updates and prepare presentation materials when required.Follow up on key strategic initiatives and resource allocation projects.Competency Requirements : Behavioral Competencies - (Please refer to VF guiding principles)Live with IntegrityAct CourageouslyAct with EmpathyFunctional Competencies – List down specific set of functional skills required to perform in this role Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, distributor management experience, business acumen, and the ability to influence across a highly matrixed APAC organization.Experience working across multiple APAC markets preferred. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.Experience5+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Distributor Management, Commercial Support or Project Management. Language Proficiency:Fluent in English and Mandarin
