About the Role

Responsible for the end-to-end management, growth, and profitability of the Business Broadband and Ooredoo TV product portfolio. The role leads product strategy, roadmap planning, forecasting, business case development, vendor and content partner management, go-to-market execution, commercial performance, and product lifecycle management while supporting business growth, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue objectives across the B2B segment. The role also acts as the subject matter expert for broadband and video services, supporting bids, tenders, customer requirements, and solution development activities.Functional Context:Ooredoo’s Business BU is a critical part of the company’s first line customer facing activities for all Business Accounts and has a significant role to play in long term business value creation through product design, achievement of sales revenue, profit and customer satisfaction, as defined in the annual business plans. The Product Hub focuses on productizing enterprise grade services for the B2B sector at Ooredoo Qatar covering core connectivity and ICT domains. It works closely with the Business Solutions unit specializing in delivering customized solutions, using products and services from the hub as foundational elements while forming direct partnerships for unique service integration and delivery. The B2B sector covers government, large enterprises as well as small to medium businesses.Role Accountabilities:

• Supports the development of the strategy and road map, ideation, design, evaluation, launch and rollout for the Fixed Products (data products like MPLS, VPNs, lease lines, etc.) within the organization and drives through their implementation, monitoring and management.
• Manages the overall product lifecycle for any product within the Fixed Data Products portfolio.
• Develops technical specifications for new products or services.
• Ensures the delivery of profitable products into the market that meet customer expectations by leveraging market research to get customer perception and needs.
• Supports in defining the improvements to customer experience of the overall product proposition.
• Works on identifying the requirements for particular segments and develops products or services to address that requirement which will successfully deliver the revenue or acquisition targets determined.
• Puts in place Product monitoring methodologies to ensure that any product launch meets the stated proposition and owns any actions /adjustments required.
• Conducts regular market research to maintain high technological and market value level in comparison to world’s leading operators.
• In conjunction with the Segment Managers and the Marketing Communications teams, ensures advertising campaign clearly identifies the product USP’s to ensure the target level of uptake and revenue generation.
• Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
• Define and execute the product roadmap for Business Broadband and Ooredoo TV services.
• Develop business cases, investment proposals, and commercial models for new product launches and enhancements.
• Manage product lifecycle activities including launch, optimization, migration, enhancement, and retirement.
• Analyze product profitability and recommend actions to maximize growth and margin performance.
• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offers to maintain portfolio competitiveness.
• Product Marketing & Go-To-Market
• Develop product positioning, customer value propositions, and sales enablement materials.
• Work with Sales, Segment, and Marketing Communications teams to develop and execute GTM plans.
• Define pricing strategies, promotional offers, bundling opportunities, and competitive responses.
• Support customer acquisition, retention, and upsell initiatives through targeted product campaigns.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend corrective actions.
• Forecasting & Commercial Management
• Own subscriber, revenue, and usage forecasting for assigned products.
• Prepare annual business plans, budgets, and commercial forecasts for the portfolio.
• Track product KPI performance against budget and forecast targets.
• Conduct market sizing, demand forecasting, and growth opportunity analysis.
• Prepare regular management reports covering performance, risks, and opportunities.
• IPTV & OTT Service Management
• Manage IPTV and OTT service roadmap, propositions, enhancements, and lifecycle activities.
• Work with content providers and platform vendors to introduce new channels, content offerings, and streaming capabilities.
• Monitor subscriber growth, usage, engagement, churn, ARPU, service availability, and quality metrics.
• Evaluate trends in IPTV, OTT, digital entertainment, streaming platforms, and content delivery models.
• Support commercial and contractual discussions related to content licensing and partner agreements.
• Vendor & Content Partner Management
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, platform providers, and content partners.
• Evaluate partnership opportunities and support commercial negotiations.
• Align partner roadmaps with product strategy and business priorities.
• Coordinate internally and externally to deliver new product capabilities and service enhancements. Minimum Entry Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or EngineeringMinimum Experience, Essential Knowledge & Skills:10 years' experience in a similar role. 8+ years of experience in product management within telecommunications, ICT, broadband, IPTV, OTT, or digital services. Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, commercialization, optimization, and retirement. Strong experience in product marketing, business planning, forecasting, pricing, and commercial performance management. Strong understanding of broadband internet services, IPTV platforms, OTT ecosystems, video streaming technologies, and content delivery models. Experience working with technology vendors, content providers, and strategic partners. Experience supporting enterprise bids, tenders, and customer solution development.
