Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist / Consultant Hematologist to join a reputed government healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of blood disorders, providing comprehensive patient care, and contributing to clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage hematological conditions, including anemia, bleeding and clotting disorders, hemoglobinopathies, and blood cancers. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and interpret laboratory investigations, bone marrow studies, and other relevant diagnostic tests. Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient responses and outcomes. Manage patients with complex hematological disorders in accordance with evidence-based clinical guidelines. Collaborate with oncologists, pathologists, laboratory specialists, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals. Provide consultations and guidance to patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and patient safety standards. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Recognized medical degree with relevant postgraduate qualifications in Hematology or an appropriate related specialty. Relevant clinical experience at Senior Specialist or Consultant level. Strong expertise in diagnosing and managing benign and malignant hematological disorders. Experience in interpreting hematological investigations and developing evidence-based treatment plans. Excellent clinical decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills. Candidates with UK CCT, Western qualifications, American Board, Australian Board, or German Board certifications are encouraged to apply. Competitive tax-free annual salary.
