Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Specialist - Development Financial Analysis to support financial planning, management reporting, and performance analysis across the Sports Business Unit. This role will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and executive reporting, helping provide meaningful financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in financial analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.Applications close on the 26th of July 2026.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and maintenance of financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and business planningPrepare financial analyses, scenario modelling, and sensitivity analyses to support business decisionsAssist with annual budgeting and periodic forecasting activitiesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports highlighting key financial performance and business trendsPerform Actual vs Budget vs Forecast variance analysis and identify key performance driversEnsure the accuracy and consistency of financial reportingDevelop and maintain Excel dashboards and KPI reportsUse Power Query, Power Pivot, and Power BI (or similar tools) to automate reporting and improve reporting efficiencySupport the preparation of executive presentations and reporting materials for senior managementTranslate financial data into clear and concise business insightsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related disciplineProfessional qualification (CFA, CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA) is an advantage5-7 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Management ReportingExperience in Real Estate, Construction, Hospitality, Infrastructure, or large-scale development projects is preferredStrong financial modelling and analytical skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsExperience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization toolsStrong PowerPoint presentation skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
