🚨 We're Hiring | Senior Specialist – Institutional QA, Compliance & Excellence📍 Location: Abu DhabiWe are looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking professional to join our client as a Senior Specialist – Institutional QA, Compliance & Excellence.Key Requirements:✅ Certified ISO Lead Auditor (QMS)✅ Certified Assessor with one or more recognised Excellence Award bodies such as:EFQMGEM 2Sheikh Khalifa Excellence AwardAbu Dhabi Government Excellence AwardOr equivalent Excellence FrameworksKey Responsibilities:🔹 Institutional ExcellenceLead and manage Excellence Award participation at national and international levels.Conduct organisational self-assessments and develop improvement plans.Prepare and manage Excellence Award submissions.Coordinate Internal Excellence Awards across the organisation.Deliver Excellence awareness and capacity-building sessions.Support section planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.🔹 Quality Assurance, Compliance & IMSDevelop, implement, and enhance the Integrated Management System (IMS).Ensure compliance with ISO standards and Quality Assurance requirements.Plan and lead Internal Audit programmes and Management Review Meetings (MRM).Monitor audit findings and corrective actions.Review and improve policies, procedures, and business processes.Coordinate ISO surveillance, certification, and recertification audits.Promote continuous improvement and quality awareness across the organisation.Ideal Candidate:✔ Native or fluent Arabic speaker✔ Extensive experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Organizational Excellence✔ Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Internal Audits, IMS, and Continuous Improvement✔ Experience within government, education, or semi-government organizations is highly preferredHands-on experience in preparing and submitting applications for AD Excellence Awards.Up-to-date experience with ISO standards, including implementation and compliance.📩 If you meet the above criteria or know someone who would be a great fit, please send your updated CV or tag suitable candidates in the comments.
