Senior Specialist – IT Quality Management System (IT QMS)

Experience Required: 5+ yearsNationality: Only Saudi NationalsNotice period: Immediate to 30 daysRole Overview: The Senior Specialist – IT QMS will support IT quality management, governance, process improvement, compliance, reporting and quality excellence across the Technology & Digital Transformation portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Lead IT Quality Management System (ITQMS) initiatives and ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards. Analyze processes, identify gaps and implement improvements across SDLC/STLC and ITSM processes. Collect, analyze and visualize quality data to track KPIs, trends and overall quality performance. Develop quality dashboards and executive-level PowerPoint reports to support management decision-making. Plan and conduct internal quality audits, manage non-conformities, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with IT business, governance and quality teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IT Quality Management, IT Governance, ITSM or a closely related area.Strong knowledge of ITQMS frameworks and standards, including ISO 9001, CMMI, TMMi and ITIL. Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Hands-on experience in Power BI / Excel and development of quality dashboards and reports.Excellent PowerPoint presentation and executive reporting skills. Strong communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills. Professional certifications such as CQM/CQE, ISO Lead Auditor or ITIL are an advantage
