Senior Specialist - IT Strategy and Planning

In this role, you will support the development and implementation of IT strategies and plans that align with the company's vision and operational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and documentation of IT strategic plans, roadmaps, and initiativesCollaborate with various IT and business units to gather requirements and align IT strategies with business needsConduct research and analysis of emerging technologies and industry trends to support informed decision-makingMonitor and report on the progress of IT strategic projects and initiativesSupport performance measurement activities by defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT strategyPrepare presentations and reports for senior management on IT strategy and planning mattersParticipate in stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication across teamsSupport risk assessment and mitigation activities related to IT strategy implementationRequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field3+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning, or related rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood knowledge of IT governance, architecture, and emerging technologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience with project management or relevant certifications is a plus
