Senior Specialist - Operations Performance

JOB PURPOSELead data analysis initiatives that drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement, provide strategic insights through advanced analytics to support business objectives, and mentor junior analysts to foster a strong data-driven culture across the organization.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Oversee internal and external reporting processes. • Ensure data accuracy and reliability. • Lead automation of manual reports in collaboration with IT. • Develop and implement optimization & prediction models for operations and lean projects. • Manage complex data tasks with high-quality outputs. • Establish and monitor quality check mechanisms and KPIs for continuous improvement. • Drive the adoption of best practices in data management and analysis. • Collaborate with senior management to align data initiatives with business goals. • Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary waste within business processes and identification of better ways of working. • To identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS • Bachelor’s degree in Data science, Statistics, MIS or related field. Masters degree is preferred. • 5+ years of experience in data analysis. • Proven track record of leading data analysis projects.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication skills. • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, MS Power BI, SQL). • English fluency, Spoken and written.
