Senior Specialist - Organization Planning

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Specialist - Organization Planning to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and optimizing the organizational structure and resources within the marketing department to ensure efficient operations and alignment with Qiddiya's overall business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the marketing organization structure, ensuring roles and responsibilities align with strategic goalsConduct workforce analysis, capacity planning, and talent management support to optimize the marketing team's performanceCollaborate with HR and marketing leadership to forecast staffing needs and support recruitment, development, and retention strategiesMonitor and analyze organizational effectiveness, proposing improvements to enhance team productivity and collaborationManage and update marketing job descriptions, career paths, and competency frameworksSupport change management initiatives within the marketing organization related to structural or process changesPrepare regular reports and provide insights on marketing organizational planning to senior leadershipStay abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing organizational design and planningRequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field3-4 years of experience in organizational planning, preferably within a marketing or communications environmentStrong analytical skills with experience in workforce planning and talent management processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with multiple stakeholdersProficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of marketing functions and organizational dynamics is highly desirableBenefitsOffering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
