Headquartered in ADGM, Abu Dhabi, with strong presence in key trading hubs such as Singapore, we connect ADNOC to over 50 markets globally.Job PurposeThe Senior Specialist, Quantitative Analysis will provide advanced quantitative expertise and analytical insights to support trading decisions, pricing strategies, and risk management across trading desks.This role works closely with traders, analysts, and digital teams to develop models, enhance data capabilities, and drive innovation in trading analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain quantitative models and analytical tools to support trading and risk decisionsConduct in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to identify market trends and pricing dynamicsCollect, validate, and manage large datasets ensuring quality and integrityEnhance data processes and improve analytics frameworksCollaborate with traders and risk teams to optimize portfolios and hedging strategiesIntegrate models into trading systems and workflowsSupport accurate reporting and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirementsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar)Master’s degree is preferred6+ years’ experience in data/quantitative analysis, ideally within trading or financial environmentsExperience in commodity trading or energy markets is strongly preferredStrong programming skills (Python, C++, R, Julia, or similar)Advanced knowledge of statistics and quantitative methodsExperience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Python dashboards)Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced trading environmentWhy Join Us?Be part of a fast-growing global energy trading platformWork directly with traders on high-impact decisionsExposure to cutting-edge analytics, models, and global markets
