A government‑related organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Specialist – Research & Development (R&D) to play a key role in driving innovation and advancing research initiatives that support major projects and infrastructure development in the Emirate.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage R&D projects supporting projects and infrastructure in Abu DhabiContribute to strategic R&D planning aligned with organizational goalsFoster innovation by integrating emerging technologies and best practicesCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholdersPrepare progress reports and provide technical insights to senior managementEnsure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and ethical guidelinesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Research, Artificial Intelligence, or a related fieldMinimum 6 years of relevant experience, specifically in R&D initiativesStrong knowledge of projects and infrastructure within Abu DhabiProven experience in leading research projects and managing resourcesCertifications in innovation, creativity, or AI are an advantageStrong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills📌 This role is open to UAE Nationals only.
