Senior Specialist – Strategy

Madison Pearl is partnering with a leading bank in Abu Dhabi to expand their Strategy Division as a Senior Specialist you will be responsible for for identifying emerging trends, analysing future scenarios, and supporting the development of long-term strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Develop future scenarios and strategic foresight frameworks to influence decision-making.Support the design and execution of long term strategies aligned with organizational priorities.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate foresight insights into business planning and policy development.Produce reports and presentations for senior leadership.Monitor and evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives and adjust recommendations accordingly.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Strategy, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field (Master’s preferred).5–8 years of experience in strategy and/or research.Experience in scenario planning, trend analysis, or innovation strategy.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Only Emiratis will be considered.Interested candidates please apply to this advertisement directly or send your CV to natasha.lilani@madisonpearl.com*Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted*
